Following a BSc in Food Science at Reading University Elizabeth’s career was cemented with 7 years working within chilled food. She is now an independent consultant to the food industry, specialising in the development of new innovative products.
Creativity, a passion for food, and a love of cooking underpin her personal journey through over twenty-five years in the industry.

A highly trained and experienced New Product Development specialist, her passion is to develop and deliver exciting new recipes, seeing a concept right through from the idea to the finished article on the supermarket shelf. Her scrupulous attention to detail and zealous work ethic will see her in the kitchen or factory until she is convinced the product is spot on.
Elizabeth understands large-scale production inside-out and her mission is to bring her knowledge, expertise, and love of food together, creating successful, factory friendly and commercially viable products.
